Envest Ventures I, Envest's first private equity fund, has $40.8 million in committed capital.  The fund was raised primarily from private investors located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.  Envest Ventures I was closed in March 2000, and invested in 13 businesses across a range of industries and stages.  The fund has successfully exited 13 deals, and has achieved positive returns for its investors.  Envest Ventures I ranks among the top performing funds nationally within our peer group. 


Envest II, LLC
Portfolio Companies

Envest announced the close of Envest II, its second fund, in March 2004.  The fund was raised primarily from private investors located in the Hampton Roads area of Virginia.  Envest II raised $48.3 million, has invested in 10 portfolio companies, and has successfully exited 6 deals.  

                               
Envest III, LLC
Portfolio Companies

Envest announced the close of Envest III, its third fund, in May 2008.  Envest III raised $72.7 million, which will be invested over a 5 year period.  The fund focuses on early stage growth investments in a wide range of basic industries.  The Fund anticipates creating a diversified portfolio of 10 to 15 growth companies, investing approximately $2.0 million to $7.0 million in each.  Envest III has made 6 portfolio investments.
